CaseQuarters
What changed on the hub, newest first. Bold names the feature; italics flag the detail worth catching.
Major update · Oct 29
We own casequarters.com — and the Resume Workshop is live.
First the milestone: the hub has its own domain. casequarters.com was purchased Oct 28 for $11.48 &127881; and old links still forward, so everything now runs on our own address.
Then the upgrade: a new sidebar group carries two complete format guides, Marshall for business majors and Leventhal for accounting, with an undergrad/grad toggle (MAcc, MBT) on the Leventhal side.
Resume reviews open soon: the submit button on both guides lights up the moment the review form is linked.
Behavioral Prep: a full rework. Sample answers are now generic and labeled, with no personal stories or drafts on the page. STAR now sits alongside CARL, each shown in action with its parts tagged. Sample answers became tap-to-flip cards, question on the front and the labeled answer on the back. The recorded walkthrough dropped its personal stretch and runs about six minutes from the listen box at the bottom.
Phones: tapping a case now scrolls you straight down to it. "Open full screen" lands at the top and the case fills the screen below it. An "Opened below" bubble confirms what opened; the tapped button stays highlighted.
Rebrand: the hub moved to its own address, casequarters.com (old links still forward).
Read Daily: October 29โs five reads and their audio recorded fresh this morning.
Front Page: now captures seven papers each morning (the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Chicago Tribune, Boston Globe and Washington Post joined), plus a bug fix. The enlarged view zooms up to 4x with drag to pan and double-click.
Purchased our domain for $11.48!! ๐
Mock cases moved up front in red with a new intro bubble. Sidebar reshuffled: Read Daily and Front Page under Start here, Relationships added to Markets.
Framework builder added to the cases: your own buckets, and a why-it-matters note for every piece. Community group launched (Manifest board + Success stories). Markets gained live dashboards with a watchlist. Read Daily, Podcasts and Front Page added.
Start Here became the landing page. GPS Ridgeline added to Deloitte. Unicloth (Wharton Casebook 2017) added to MBB. Casebook renamed Top Business Schools with school colors.
Skills launched: Case Math split into 12 topics, finance study guide added, Behavioral Prep highlighted in red. Cases nested by firm in firm colors. New PwC cases: Luxury Hotel Entry, Hair Restore. A 50-scenario SJT practice test added to Behavioral Prep.
CoffeeCo, FashionCo and both KPMG cases joined the hub. MBB and Big 4 became dropdown groups.
